A little history

With a directive board that has been active in the hunting job market for over 29 years, we have learned that the wealth of organizations is the human value: the people. Therefore, we decided to join our professional experiences to engage and create a business of recruitment and selection and innovative human.

We were born with the commitment to meet the needs of our clients, businesses, and at the same time, help applicants achieve their professional goals.

We started our activities in a modest way, working at home and doing interviews in virtual offices. Over the months, winning customers and market credibility, we got our own office, and gradually, new professionals have been enriching our team.

Today, our "DNA" is fully consolidated. We are solidified in the market, serving renowned Brazilian and foreign organizations, always striving for the respect and commitment to people: our clients and candidates.
