Business Development Manager -LATAM ( Remote )

A fast growing Brazilian multinational tech based startup

Summary : You will be responsible for Business Development / Sales role in Brazil and Latin America region.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for leading, managing, recruiting, and optimizing the performance of potential customer in the region,
  • Lead annual region goals, revenue, and customer growth objectives for Business Development and B2B sales and implement the plans working closely with all dependent teams,
  • You will work with customers, internal teams, and partners responsible for different accounts to ensure customer needs are being met correctly,
  • You will execute to pursue and achieve rapid revenue growth and performance targets for The Company.
  • You will be instrumental in sourcing and generating new revenues,
  • You will be an instrumental part of our Company’s operation, performance, and growth. We will count on you for your successive attendance, consistency, passion, and best efforts,
  • Create, maintain, and build contact with customers and partners;
Requirements
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets,
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, and leading sales territories,
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level,
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with resellers, partners, and enterprise accounts (public and private accounts),
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of technology products and services,
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors,
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions,
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ideally, you have a strong understanding of purchasing policy and tendering processes and experience of customer-facing roles,
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent,
  • Fluent in English / Spanish;
